Your advertising format is the starting point. What you do with it is where things get interesting.
Adreach Innovation Add-ons transform selected Standard Street Pole Ads, Icon Boards and Supalites into bespoke creative executions using shape, depth, dimension and light.
Make a product break beyond the frame with a die-cut. Bring key elements forward with an extrusion. Turn a flat image into a physical object with a 3D mould. Or use LED lighting to make selected parts of your creative stand out.
Available exclusively in Johannesburg and Pretoria, Innovation Add-ons give brands more freedom to turn an established outdoor advertising format into something audiences don’t expect to see.
An Adreach Innovation campaign is built in layers.
Start with a Standard Street Pole Ad (R2,250–R4,950 per run, per month), Icon Board (R7,500 per month) or Supalite (R46,500 per run, per month). Your selected format determines the recurring monthly site placement cost.
Your selected advertising format requires artwork to be printed, prepared and installed. This carries a once-off production fee specific to the format you choose.
Enhance the campaign with a die-cut, extrusion, or 3D mould. Your chosen Innovation Add-on carries an additional once-off production fee based on the type, size and complexity of the execution.
Innovation Add-ons aren’t standalone advertising formats. They are creative enhancements added to an existing Adreach advertising campaign.
Start by choosing the advertising format that suits your reach, location and budget. Then consider how Innovation can transform the creative itself. These add-ons can be applied to the following street pole advertising formats:

Add Innovation to selected Standard Street Pole Ads to combine the format with a more distinctive creative execution.

Icon Boards already provide a prominent advertising presence. Allow selected elements to extend, project or illuminate beyond the artwork.

Supalites combine scale with illumination and prominent roadside positioning. Add Innovation to make even more of the format.
Innovation isn’t about adding something unusual simply because you can. The right enhancement should make the campaign idea stronger. Choose the technique that best supports what you want people to notice, understand or remember.
Die-cuts allow selected elements of your artwork to extend outside the conventional advertising frame, changing the physical silhouette of the advertisement itself. A bottle can burst through the top. A character can reach beyond the edge. A product can become recognisable from its shape before someone has even read the headline.
A 3D mould takes dimensional advertising further by transforming selected creative elements into custom three-dimensional physical forms. Instead of displaying a photograph of the product, the product itself can inspire the shape and structure of the execution.
Some things deserve more than a flat image. Extrusions add physical depth to selected elements of your creative, allowing a product, feature or visual element to project forward from the advertising surface. Instead of only showing audiences what matters, you can physically make it stand out.
Innovation Add-ons allow you to take an established Adreach advertising format and make selected executions work differently. Rather than changing the media plan entirely, you can use creative enhancements to introduce additional standout where it matters most.
Give audiences something different to notice within a familiar roadside environment.
Use shape, depth or illumination to draw attention towards the most recognisable part of your campaign.
Let the frame, physical structure, depth or lighting contribute directly to the advertising idea.
Innovation enhances your Standard Street Pole, Icon Board or Supalite campaign rather than replacing the underlying advertising format.
Innovation Add-ons aren’t restricted to particular industries. What matters is whether your product, packaging, brand asset or campaign idea presents an opportunity to do something physically interesting.
Adreach Innovation Add-ons are currently available exclusively in Johannesburg and Pretoria.
Within these markets, Innovation can be added to suitable Standard Street Pole Ads, Icon Boards and Supalites, subject to the location, selected format, creative concept, technical feasibility and required approvals.
Our team can help you choose the underlying advertising format and suitable sites before determining how best to bring the Innovation concept to life.
You don’t need to arrive with the technical solution. You just need the idea.
Show the Adreach team what you’re imagining and we’ll help you explore how to turn it into a Die-Cut Street Pole campaign that works in the real world.
From a simple product cut-out to a more ambitious dimensional execution, we’ll help you consider the creative possibilities, suitable Street Pole sites, production requirements and campaign strategy.
Let’s create something people don’t expect to see on a street pole.
Innovation campaigns are more bespoke than standard outdoor advertising, so the process naturally raises different questions. Here are the essentials before you start thinking outside the frame.
Innovation Add-ons are creative enhancements applied to existing Adreach outdoor advertising formats. They include die-cuts, extrusions, 3D moulds and LED lighting.
No. Innovation is added to an eligible Standard Street Pole Ad, Icon Board or Supalite campaign.
Innovation Add-ons are currently available only in Johannesburg and Pretoria.
Innovation can be added to selected Standard Street Pole Ads, Icon Boards and Supalites, subject to the suitability of the site, format and proposed execution.
A die-cut changes or extends the silhouette of the advertising creative beyond its conventional frame, while an extrusion adds physical depth by bringing selected elements forward from the advertising surface.
An extrusion adds depth to an element of the artwork. A 3D mould creates a more fully dimensional physical form inspired by a product, object or campaign element.
Yes. LED lighting can be incorporated into suitable Innovation executions to highlight specific elements or make illumination part of the campaign idea.
Potentially. A campaign might, for example, combine a dimensional element with LED lighting. The proposed execution would first need to be assessed for technical feasibility, site suitability and approval.
There is no standard price because every execution is custom. The Innovation production cost is quoted in addition to the underlying advertising format and will depend on factors such as size, materials, complexity and installation requirements.
We recommend three months or longer to provide sustained exposure and make greater use of the investment involved in producing a custom execution.
Yes. Bring us the concept early. Our team can help explore which Innovation technique and underlying advertising format could translate the idea most effectively into the outdoor environment.
